Meet David, Your Expert Renovator at Forward Homes

Hello, I'm David, Owner/Operator of Forward Homes. I am a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. My career began in the environmental consulting industry, but my passion for building led me to pursue a career in carpentry in my late twenties.

At Forward Homes, my mission is to become a leading renovator in the Okanagan, specializing in deep energy retrofits of older homes. My goal is to create a healthy and sustainable environment for your family.

Currently based in Kelowna, I am a certified Red Seal Carpenter with a wealth of experience in custom homes, renovations and additions. My expertise spans the entire home building process, from laying the concrete foundation and structural framing to managing supporting trades and executing fine interior and exterior finishes.

With a young family of my own, I understand how critical it is to have a trusted, knowledgeable, and committed person taking care of my home and investment. I look forward to bringing my skills and passion to your next project.
